A: We are a professional electronic manufacturer integrating R&D, production and sales, with an office in Shenzhen, and a factory in Humen Dongguan. We provide OEM/ODM customized service for global customers.

A: We make full range of GaN Fast Chargers from 20W to 2000W, with a total production capability over 10 million pcs. We also receive authorized processing for other electronic products such as smart devices, telecom devices, Home Appliance, SMT processing so on and so forth.

Q: Do your products have international certifications?

A: Yes, all products pass CE, FCC, RoHS standard. We can provide test reports and full set of customs clearance documents. Some other certificates is applicable if necessary.

A: As a norm, sample fee and shipping cost are borne by the buyer. The sample fee will be fully refunded after bulk order placement.

Q: How long does sample making take?

A: Normal logo sample: 3–5 working days. Custom private mold sample: 20–35 working days.

Q: What’s your MOQ? Is small trial order acceptable?

A: We support small trial orders for regular models. Customized orders MOQ depends on design and packaging, usually 1000 pcs per model.

A:  We have a strong R&D team including hardware/software, appearance design, structural design, solution optimization, PCB Layout, prototyping and testing.  You just need to propose an idea we make it real. Customers will bear the development cost and we will refund the cost when orders reach a certain quantity.

Q: Can you customize logo, appearance and packaging?

A: Yes, we support laser engraving, silk printing, color customization, neutral packing and customized gift box. We even provide customized APP.

A: We accept T/T, L/C and PayPal.

A: We mainly quote EXW and FOB. CIF and DDP door-to-door service are also available.
